LG is going to conquer the world with their new announced phone, LG Optimus 3D. This handset will be the world’s first glass free 3D smartphone. It is 3D in a sense that it has 4.3 inches 3D LCD capacitive touchscreen, 16M colors with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels. Touchscreen has got sensor features like Accelerometer Sensor for UI auto-rotate, Proximity Sensor for auto turn-off, Gyro Sensor, and Touch Sensitive Controls. 3D capabilities will allow users to record in 3D, to send 3D stuff to other devices and to show 3D. The handset will be launch at an upcoming event in Barcelona, Mobile World Congress. It is a dual – core processor with 1GHz ARM Cortex-A9 processor, ULP GeoForce GPU and Tegra 2 chipset. The handset is based on Android operating system.

LG Optimus 3D comes with an excellent sound quality and a 3.5 mm audio jack. It has got Dolby Mobile and SRS surround sound feature that will enhance the output of the sound. It is integrated with Stereo FM radio with RDS. The handset also got music audio and video player that supports mainly all types of formats like MP3/WAV/WMA/eAAC+ and MP4/H.264/H.263/WMV respectively. The phone has the ability to store unlimited phonebook entries and fields with a feature of photo call. It has got powerful 8MP camera with dual-lens, 3264 x 2448 pixels and auto-focus. Camera also features Geo-Tagging, Stereoscopic photos and videos and video recording at 1080p@24fps and 720@30fps. It has also front facing secondary camera.

LG Optimus 3D has got microSD card slot that supports memory up to 32GB. It also supports messaging like SMS, MMS, Email, IM and Push Email. It has also got HDMI port that allows user to see their photos and videos on to a large TV screens. Since it is Google based, the handset comes with integrated Google services like Google Search, Google Map, G-Mail, YouTube and Google Talk. The handset supports 2G and 3G networks with connectivity of 3G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. It has got some additional features like Digital Compass, SNS integration, Organizer and Document Viewer/Editor. It is embedded with Flash 10.1 that will allow user to access flash enabled sites.
