T-Mobile has announced in its monthly bulletin that it will push Android 2.2 Froyo to T-Mobile myTouch 3G Slide. The company has not informed about the exact date or even estimated time of arrival for Froyo for myTouch 3G Slide. However the operating system is expected very soon.

Sources have reported that new update will enable Wi-Fi calling facility in the device which will the entire user to place free calls while being connected to Wi-Fi. Google is expected to release Android 2.3 Froyo in few weeks or months. T-Mobile has not mentioned if it will ever push the Android 2.3 to the device.
